What’s included

Everything you need, from one local team

Full fibre (FTTP)

Fibre all the way to your building, for the fastest and most reliable connection.

Fibre to the cabinet

Where full fibre has not reached yet, the fastest service your address can get.

4G and 5G backup

A mobile backup line that keeps card payments and EPOS systems running if the main line fails.

Static IP addresses

For CCTV remote viewing, VPNs and systems that need a fixed address.

Business routers

Configured properly and linked to your Wi-Fi and network.

Moving premises

We plan the move so you are online on day one.

Broadband your takings depend on

Every card payment, online order and phone call now runs over your broadband. When it drops, trading stops. That is why we pair the right line with a backup and look after it as part of your setup.

Because we also install your Wi-Fi, phones and EPOS systems, there is one team to call when anything is wrong.

Runs over the Openreach network

Our broadband runs over Openreach, the UK’s digital network. Openreach is part of BT Group, and its network is used by over 650 broadband providers, Sky among them. It is tried and tested, and if a line ever needs an engineer, Openreach sends one.

Broadband questions

Short answers to what people ask us most.

Is full fibre available at my business?

Coverage is growing fast across Northern Ireland. Call us on 028 9099 1221 or use Get started and we will check your exact address.

What happens if my broadband goes down?

With a 4G or 5G backup line, your card payments, EPOS systems and phones switch over automatically and keep working.

Do I need a static IP address?

You need one for some CCTV remote viewing, VPNs and remote access. We will tell you if you do.

Can you move my broadband when I move premises?

Yes. Tell us early and we will plan the move so you are connected from your first day.

Is your broadband as reliable as BT?

It runs over Openreach, which is part of BT Group and carries over 650 broadband providers, so the lines and engineers are the same ones the big names use. The difference is a local team that answers when you call.

Do you sell broadband and phones together?

Yes. Most customers take broadband and business phones together, with one bill and one support team.
