The UK is switching off the old copper phone network and moving every line to digital. Lines that depend on it, including some card machines, alarms and lift lines, need checking before the switch.
We check what you have, move your numbers to a hosted system, and make sure the things that depend on your line keep working. The old analogue phone network closes by 31 January 2027.

Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. In almost every case we can move your existing numbers to your new system.
What is a hosted phone system?
A phone system that runs in the cloud over your broadband. Calls can ring desk phones, mobiles and laptops, wherever your team is.
What is the digital switchover?
The old copper phone network is being switched off and every line is moving to digital. Anything that uses your phone line, such as some alarms and card machines, should be checked.
Will my phones work if the broadband goes down?
Calls can divert to mobiles automatically, and a 4G or 5G backup line keeps the system running.
Do you supply business mobiles?
Yes. We supply business mobile plans and SIMs alongside your hosted phone system.
